Nadoury & Nahas is a medium sized law firm with offices in both Alexandria and Cairo, the firm was founded in 1978 by Mr. Ashraf Nadoury. Nadoury & Nahas is affiliated with several law firms through the Gulf Cooperation Council Nations. Ashraf Nadoury obtained an LL.B from Alexandria University in 1956, a Diploma in Criminal Law from Alexandria University in 1961. He also obtained M.A International Law from Villanova University in 1975. He was granted a certificate in International Law and Comparative Law from Southwestern Legal Foundation in 1981,he was appointed as a Vice President for legal affairs at the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt in 1991. The attorneys of Nadoury & Nahas Handle litigation, international trade, foreign investment, taxation, intellectual property, maritime and banking law for diverse clientele including national and multinational corporations. The work of the firm includes joint ventures, complex litigation of international commercial arbitration and administrative law, consultative services for investors in Egypt and dispute resolution. Nadoury & Nahas did form an Arab Legal Network, which covers seven countries, in addition to Egypt: Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, United Arab Emirates ( Abu Dhabi – Dubai ), Oman , Bahrain and Jordan . Through the members of this legal network, we get referrals either to Egypt or to Europe and USA . We can also serve our clients through the offices of the members of the Arab Legal Network. There are three Egyptian Lawyers moving between the offices of the members to guarantee the efficiency of the legal services rendered to our clients.
