NYC Diner is a restaurant which provides high quality and hand prepared "Gourmet" versions of North American classics. New York Themed dining rooms enhance the experience with a hint of nostalgia, but without becoming fully committed to the limitations of the modern "Retro Diner". Our primary focus is on providing excellent food, and doing so in a unique family friendly environment. As Co-Founding Director I have been responsible with all stages of the business, from concept and brand development through site acquisition, fit out, menu development and marketing.
