Founded in 2004, NP Education started life as NP Teaching, an offshoot of the hugely successful NP Group, founded in 1990. NP Teaching very quickly carved out a niche in the specialist education market, gaining a reputation for giving excellent customer service and filling even the most difficult roles where others had failed. Since 2004 NP has been a destination employer in the sector. Simply put, people enjoy working at NP, and this is reflected in our interactions with candidates and clients. In August 2011 NP Teaching was rebranded as NP Education, to reflect the fact that the company provide much more to clients than just teachers. A new website was launched, and the company has embarked on many exciting new products to give more to schools, such as our NP Talent finder and NP Excellence packages. NP continue to offer excellent choice and value to schools. Our branch network has grown quickly, with locations across London, the Home counties and the Midlands, however NP Education still abide by the core value statement written into the structure of the company in 2004. “We are big enough to help, but small enough to care.”
