Natural, organic and healthy is what the acronym NOS stands for. In practice, NOS Escola goes far beyond these words. Created in Rio de Janeiro in 2016 by chef Anna Elisa de Castro, the school proposes a broader health education, by bringing multidisciplinary teachings from its five pillars:
1. Healthy eating
2. Body
3. Spirituality
4. Profession
5. Relationships
“The goal of NOS Escola is to create a new personal awareness of well-being and transform its students into health propagating cells. With practical classes in natural cooking (basic techniques, vegetarian, vegan and raw cooking, among others), body classes (yoga, posture and awareness and yin yoga, among others) and lectures, ranging from subjects such as happiness, astrology, preservation of forest and conflict management to new economies, meditation and permaculture, NOS Escola has several courses that transform the lives of students”, says Anna Elisa,
Today the school is present in Brazil and Portugal, with a faculty of more than 100 teachers and has more than 1000 students trained in the 4 corners of the world in its different courses.
