NORMA Engineering Company has been established to gather the professional experiences of some of the main Italian engineering and consulting companies, working on a platform base, in order to provide integrated high quality services in the International market of Civil Engineering. NORMA, through the long professional life of its partners, spanning over 30 years, has developed a wide expertise in integrated design services, in Civil Engineering and Architecture, regarding Great International Projects, in residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare and urban fields. The key approach in all these years has been focused on tackling the complexity in construction processes and transform it into potential, providing constantly a customer oriented service. The six Engineering Companies Founders of NORMA, Mpartner (founded in 2005), Starching (1992), Ariatta (1992), Tekser (1996), CeAS (1980) and Redesco (1975), all located in Milan, provide full expertise spanning the specific branches of Project and Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Engineering for Buildings, Structural, Geotechnical and Infrastructure Engineering. NORMA relies on a fixed organization including more than 240 engineers and technicians, all trained, used to working in a multi-disciplinary team and according to an integrated procedure, based on shared design criteria and coordinated time schedules.
