The Norwegian Maritime Cyber Resilience Centre - NORMA delivers centralised cyber security services to Norwegian shipowners and other entities within the Norwegian maritime sector. The centre was established by the Norwegian Shipowners’ Association and Norwegian Shipowners’ War Risks Insurance Association (DNK), and operates at a non-profit basis. NORMA aims to be the leading hub for operational cyber security efforts within the Norwegian maritime sector. The centre delivers a wide variety of cyber security services for its members within intelligence, security operations and incident & crisis response. The centre collaborates closely with Intelligence & Operations Centre (IOC) at DNK and the Contingency Preparedness department at NSA, and other national and international partners.
