Taylor will fill this in Established in 1986. Neal Teitelbaum started this company in 1986 as a one-man show. David Cedrone joined up with him in 1988. For about six years the two of them did the work themselves and then they hired their first full-time Carpenter. In 1997 we started another company “American Inspection Group” doing home inspections. Neal Teitelbaum Runs the inspection company and David Cedrone runs Nlt construction and personally gives every estimate, writes every contract and supervises every job. We have two full-time carpentry crews and do all of our own work. We do not subcontract any carpentry work. Our focus has always been on quality workmanship.
