Established in 2004 in London, NLSSM is the training ground for professionals wanting to develop and strengthen their soft tissue skills. We offer a BTEC/Edexcel Level 5 Professional Diploma in Sports Massage and Remedial Soft Tissue Therapy as well as Continuing Professional Development short courses. Our BTEC Level 5 Professional Diploma in Sports Massage and Remedial Soft Tissue Therapy is designed for anyone with a serious interest in pursuing corrective soft tissue therapy as a career. We will take you from start to finish without having to do multiple massage courses at various levels. This is a bespoke course that fulfils all the learning outcomes that are based on your future employers requirements, no prior Level 3 or 4 training necessary. It will give you the skills needed to practice as an independent professional therapist, work with elite sports athletes, or work within a medical hands-on health care team. At NLSSM we want to inspire you, refresh, revive and revitalise your massage therapy skills. Our aim is to make your experience with us one you will want to repeat, to motivate you to be the best massage therapist you can be! Upon graduation, therapists can become members of The Sports Massage Association (SMA) and the Register of Remedial Masseurs and Manipulative Therapists (LCSP) and most other Professional Associations.
