Since its inception in 1989, the New Jersey Human Resource Planning Group (NJHRPG) has been recognized as a premier learning community for senior level HR and OD professionals that provides high quality events and other content resources focused on the design and implementation of value-adding strategies and practices for enhancing the effectiveness of results achieved by individuals, teams, and organizations. NJHRPG is an affiliate of the global HR People & Strategy organization (HRPS). Our reputation as one of the leading professional associations and networks for HR executives and senior level professionals has been further enhanced by a new joint Annual Membership package which offers benefits from both NJHRPG and HRPS at a fee that is about half the cost of the two memberships when purchased separately.
