NIBA strives to put the needs of the young insurance community at the heart of its operations. We have Young Professionals (YP) Committees in all of our regions, which work hard to provide relevant educational and networking forums for the under-35 section of the industry. From the very start of your career, our nation-wide programs and events will help you establish industry-wide connections that will last a lifetime. As well as top-class networking and social events throughout the year, our YP Committees organise a range of CPD seminars to keep you at the forefront of emerging trends and broking best practice. We also support YPs with our renowned mentoring program, while a dedicated award for young brokers the Young Professional Broker of the Year Award is contested at state level, with winners competing for the national Vero-sponsored Warren Tickle Memorial Award.
