NEST Remodel is a full service general contracting firm based in Brentwood, Tennessee specializing in residential remodeling. We work primarily with referred clients and investors to renovate single family homes, particularly those in need of a major rehab. We handle property preservation for institutional clients and we also acquire, renovate and rent distressed properties and foreclosures.
