Mission: The NC Clean Energy Technology Center advances a sustainable energy economy by educating, demonstrating and providing support for clean energy technologies, practices, and policies. ----------- Created in 1988, the N.C. Clean Energy Technology Center, as part of the College of Engineering at N.C. State University (NCSU), works closely with state and local government and the renewable energy industry. It serves as a resource for innovative, green energy technologies through demonstration, technical assistance, education, outreach and training. Our program areas include: 1. Clean transportation & alternative fuels 2. Renewable energy technical assistance 3. Energy policy and incentives (DSIRE) 4. Economic development assistance 5. Clean power & industrial efficiency technical assistance 6. Training and professional development 7.
