Through this production we are taking initiatives in the joint development equipment of cutting-edge technology with other companies and heat treatment technology development and products for the next generation which use plasma technology. Feature 2: Vacuum Technology Due to our development spirit since our establishment, we have been taking initiatives in product development which applies vacuum technology since our development of Japan's first pressurized cooling method vacuum heat treatment furnace in 1974. In recent years we have used vacuum technology to create cutting-edge technology development with other companies which has lead to application of vacuum technology to product development which was not conventionally possible in the atmosphere and efforts in small quantity development equipment ideas and mass production equipment production. Feature 3: Complete After Service Care Nakanihon Ro Kogyo has a fully equipped Manufacturing Department enabling complete after service support. We also strive for improvement with each item going through rigorous testing and inspections. These efforts have lead to this technology being widely accepted and having a track record in prominent Japanese companies and foreign exports. Since Nakanihon Ro Kogyo's establishment in 1965, we have been growing as an industrial furnace specialist general manufacturer while responding to various needs and developing new technology together with our clients. Product 1: Vacuum Heat Treatment Furnace Small-sized vacuum heat treatment furnace: The NVF-30P is a small-sized piece of equipment equipped with all the functions of a vacuum heat treatment furnace. This product realizes space-saving functions, energy-saving functions, and production efficiency improvements. Unmanned program automatic operation is possible so heat treatment can be carried out without experienced technicians. It is also possible to significantly reduce work distortions using optimal heat treatment which fits your company's work. This contributes to shortened processes and processing cost reductions because post-heat treatment distortion repairs become easier and processing costs are reduced. Compared to subcontracting work, this provides higher quality, lower costs, simple control at your workplace, and on-time service. All types of heat treatment processing are possible including molds, hardening and tempering such as precision components, copper, press components, annealing of forging components, stress-relief annealing such as welding, magnetic annealing, and brazing. Product 2: Vacuum Tempering Furnace Through exchanging gas after vacuum exhaust and heating treatment with an agitating fan in the atmospheric gas, this product enables uniform heating of the processed item even at low temperatures which are more efficient that vacuum heating. It is also possible to carry out automatic operation through programming bright treatment of the processed item by heating in an inert atmosphere. Product 3: Vacuum Sintering Furnace The NVF-S vacuum sintering furnace has a structure where it is possible to switch from the preliminary sintering furnace and main sintering furnace with a power source device, temperature control system, and vacuum exhaust system in one machine. The extremely compact design allows you to minimize installation area. This product was developed based on many years of vacuum heat treatment furnace manufacturing technology so the heat-generating elements and heat insulator structure is simple and uses carefully selected materials. This creates a furnace which is long lasting with superior uniformity.
