MyPwr Ltd. is a pioneering EdTech startup that aims to change the culture of violence through mobile technology. Based on the principles of Empowerment Self-Defense (ESD), the MyPwr App was developed to provide practical self-defense skills for all genders, ages, and physical abilities. The app includes a series of instructional videos covering situational awareness, boundary setting, de-escalation, and essential physical self-defense skills, as well as grounding techniques and a supportive community. At MyPwr, we envision a safer world where individuals are empowered to live happy, healthy, and fulfilled lives and build strong communities.
