Dr Stijn Quanten is a bioengineer specialising in neurology with a track record as a mental coach of top athletes and top sports teams. Central nervous system measurements based on exercises as a function of the individual's cognitive-visual functioning are a unique objectification and gamification of the more traditional questionnaire methodology.
It is a measurement and training tool that increases the mental resilience of employees, teams and the organisation. Our ultimate goal is to create a people development tool that increases resilience, leadership and continuous improvement on an individual and collective level while respecting the mutual responsibility of the individual and the organisation. Our methodology is also automatically a response to the legal obligation of employers to dynamically measure psycho-social risks. This project runs in collaboration with and is coordinated with the other initiatives within the HR department of ADD (and KBC Group). This can be done using the Corporate Athlete model.
