We want to give more people access to homeownership From our own experience we know how difficult it can be to finance a property in Germany. One of the main reasons is not a lack of income, but a lack of savings. Banks often require large deposits for a property loan. Nowadays it can be very difficult to save up these deposits, as we spend a large part of our income on rent. This frustrates us. That's why we decided to do something about it.
