People in our society are bound by social expectations, which grows a constant need of exploring abilities and enhancing skills, especially in meditation. But what is meditation? This workshop will be a guide to learn to switch off too much thinking by following simple muscle memories – following the flow.
The most important aspect is to forget about the sentence "I can't do this" or "I am too old to learn that". Using some basic juggling and flow arts elements, customers are learning that everything is possible in a fun way and by going their own pace.
Workshops start with a theory session, introducing scientifically proven health benefits, psychology and neurology research results and connections to Tai-Chi and Yoga. Methodologies will explore some basic movement that is all related between different disciplines: One to three ball juggling, staff spinning, balancing and object manipulation will be instrumentalised to find your personal strengths and learn to follow your muscle memories. Trusting yourself will sort your thoughts and sooth your mind by experiencing joy and happiness.
