At koufonisi, we have created a private island retreat, using traditional Cycladic architecture and materials, with each house being quite distinct in style and feeling like ….home. our location is overlooking Pori Bay the most exhilarating beach at koufonisi island ‘’My island home team has spent the time to source everything from old materials and techniques used in traditional cycladic houses 200 years ago and mixing them with simple modern architecture ideas and fabrics to create the perfect island retreat. We are not a boutique hotel or a luxury resort. We believe in offering an ambient atmosphere to live in comfortably in one of the most idyllic places of the Greek Islands.
