My Support Broker's unique approach is helping NHS and Local Authority commissioners to improve health and wellbeing outcomes and reduce dependency on high cost conventional care solutions. By working nationally, but sourcing locally, we can delver effective alternatives to traditional, more expensive care. Typically, over a quarter of resources and services in our support plans are free at the point of delivery.
