Muscat Hills

Muscat Hills Group of Companies was founded in 1980 by the late His Highness Kais Bin Tarik Al Said as an innovative business concept and has become Oman's finest hospitality group. Beginning in the real estate industry, Muscat Hills then opened the first ever green golf course in Oman in 2009, the 18 hole course was designed by internationally acclaimed Paul Thomas of David Thomas & Associates and was Oman’s first PGA Certified green course. In 2016 Muscat Hills took over the management of a private beach resort in Muscat and completely transformed it into a chic and exclusive resort. Muscat Hills Resort is the first of its kind in the Sultanate. The next project is an urban development called The Boulevard that will create a new social hub in Muscat soon.
