I partner with individuals and organizations to unleash their potential impact. I work with strategic, purpose-led organizations and businesses seeking to positively affect issues of biodiversity, climate, social and economic justice. Strategic Advising Focused input and thought partnership to leaders facing a particular challenge, opportunity, or transition. Strategic advising engagements focus on the most important matter at hand. I work to draw first-hand knowledge of the situation and contribute my perspective and advice based on my diverse leadership experience. Hands-on Consulting and Facilitation Adding short- and medium-term capacity to create and implement strategies, systems, and/or programs, to increase organizational alignment and impact. I quickly assess the status quo and add flexible bandwidth where needed, for example filling an interim role; recruiting staff, developing new programs or processes; market research; and/or facilitation. If you are looking for a consultant to write a report and leave you to figure out what’s next - that’s not me. Leadership and Career Development Coaching We often have a sense of what we need to do or work on but struggle to hold time for ourselves. It can be a relief to have a confidential space to discuss challenges, learning edges and opportunities. As a coach, I work with individuals to building on their strengths to increase fulfillment in their current role, or as they transition into a new phase of their career.
