Clare Swallow started Mulberry St after a 4am epiphany that if she was to consult around cultures of courage, she too needed to be courageous and follow her true passion after many years as a General Manager of a successful technology consultancy. While Clare loved the challenge that came with building the business and an engaged team, her true passion was doing customer experience , strategy and innovation consulting for clients including well known NZ brands.
And so Mulberry St was born as a place to help purpose led kiwi companies take their businesses to the world. At Mulberry St we fundamentally believe 'experience is the new brand' and an experience is something we feel. As such, we see the future of work as a connected, human-centered, purpose led one. If we continue to develop products, services, and the way in which we market and sell them, in isolation to the people they affect we will continue to create waste in all forms.
