Move Up Today

Move Up is a young 501(C)3 non-profit organization with the mission to empower underserved minority women in our community by helping them in their next step towards economic independence. From finding the first job, to starting a business, to learning how to move up the corporate ladder, we've worked with 250+ women to take a step towards achieving their dreams. Our impact has been made possible by our volunteers - young professionals working at top companies in the Bay Area who have a deep passion for connecting with others and spreading the knowledge they've gained over years in the professional world. We work with our clients through both 1:1 personalized mentoring services and a series of workshops to build skills including building a resume or cover letter, networking, interviewing, and financial planning. Headquartered in Mountain View, we're always looking for motivated people to join our team or connect us with people or companies who are passionate about our mission.
