Mount Washington Community Development

The Mount Washington Community Development Corporation is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit, community-based organization focused on the development of the Mount Washington and Duquesne Heights neighborhoods in Pittsburgh, PA. The MWCDC also proudly serves as a co-steward for Pittsburgh’s newest regional park, Emerald View Park – the 257-acre urban greenspace that spans the Mount Washington, Duquesne Heights and Allentown neighborhoods. The MWCDC works with partners in the local community, the City and the region to bring investment and development to Mount Washington and Duquesne Heights, while advocating for supports and services to improve the quality of life and safety of the community. We seek to bring together residents and business owners in Mount Washington and Duquesne Heights to cultivate growth, development and investment toward an even stronger and more livable community.
