More Than A Vote,

In 2020, MTAV is focused on fighting the lies and systemic, racist voter suppression that stands in the way of Black voices being heard at the ballot box. This is about more than just telling people to go vote; individually, collectively, and with our organizational partners, we work to educate, energize and protect Black voters – by informing them how and why to vote, and calling out those who try to keep them from voting for change. Beyond 2020, we will work to ensure that those in power are held accountable to our communities by advocating for policies that empower Black communities and dismantle structural racism that holds Black people back.
