The Mopria standards offer a simple and seamless way to print or scan to any Mopria certified printer, multi-function printer, or scanner and eliminate the need to install any additional software or drivers allowing users to easily print or scan regardless of the printer or scanner’s brand.
There are more than 5 billion installations of Mopria print technology that allow convenient and intuitive printing with automatic printer discovery to more than 8,500 models and 120 million deployed Mopria certified printers.
The Mopria Alliance also offers Mopria Scan, a convenient way to scan documents from a scanner or multi-function printer (MFP) directly to an Android mobile device.
Windows also supports Mopria certified devices making printing and scanning easy whether you are at work, at home, or on-the-go. When installing a new printer or scanner, and a Windows Update is not available, Windows will automatically install the Mopria certified printer or scanner.
