Moore Performance offer personalize 1-on-1 training and small group bootcamp. 30 minutes or 60 minutes session includes personalize movements to maximize your body performance and keep your heart rate on a high intensity. The group bootcamp includes different station focuses on your core and overall body strength. Moore Performance believes in maximizing your time and effort. I also offer sports related training, speed & agility, core and balance training, functional training, and weight loss programs. After training for many years I realized clients wanted more privacy, not to run into coworkers at the gym to not worry about using a machine that hadn't been wiped down, to be able to workout without someone staring at him/her. I also wanted to create a place that provided the privacy for a client so they could be themselves, let it all out! Feel comfortable training, sweating and grunting or whatever it may be. We have trained fitness competitors, athletes, or just people that want to get in shape, burn fat, build muscle, tone up. We have worked with all injuries from bad joints to osteoarthritis, lupus, diabetes, high cholesterol, elderly functional training, sports specific training, boxing to name a few.
