Rich and Danya Cotte, the founders of Montana Realty Partners, have had extraordinary careers before entering into real estate. Danya has both a legal and systems/data analytics background and brings this unique perspective to the market. Danya brings new perspectives to managing real estate transactions. Danya holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, an C2EX® endorsement and e-PRO® Certification. Danya is also the Chief Operating Officer for the First Hunt Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, dedicated to saving the American Hunting Heritage. Rich is a retired Army officer. His passion is working with other veterans, especially those challenged by disabilities and helping them enjoy the outdoors. He volunteers as the National Director of the “Connecting Heroes & Hunters” program with First Hunt Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit. Rich holds a Master’s in Business Administration, a Master’s in Supply Chain Management, and is a licensed Real Estate Agent.
