The perennial interruption in supply resulting in a shortage of livestock and frozen halal meat in the region has created a need for a consistent uninterrupted source. Our aim is to fulfill that need. With support from government bodies, our import permits for livestock ensure our customers a reliable and uninterrupted supply. Our frozen halal meat products are frequently tested by our QC department for contamination, harmful chemicals and staleness. Our frozen halal meat products (meat processed in accordance to Islamic requirements) are sourced from national Islamic Council's accredited abattoirs. Strict monitoring of the meat processing procedures ensures peace of mind for our Muslim customers. Our imports from farms and halal accredited abattoirs in Australia are under strict monitoring by our associate, C & H Trading Pty Ltd, which is based in Victoria.
