The MobBill footprint covers nearly 2 Billion people around the world, largely in SE Asia and Africa. Emerging markets and SE Asia in particular have some of the fastest smart phone and economic growth rates around the world but among the lowest in bank account and credit card penetration. This means, not only is the phone the primary point of access to the internet in these territories, it is also the easiest form of payment.
