Operating across all types of senior level roles within this community, we help to define and fulfil newly constituted roles arising from fast-changing business needs. Mission Bay provides a tailored service, with over 70% of our work coming from repeat clients, and the rest from referrals based on the experience of our clients and candidates in working with us. Based in London and Los Angeles, we work around the globe and regularly partner with a range of local search firms to ensure the best possible team is in place for each project.
