Misale Initiative

Misale Initiative is a project that aims to match young Ethiopian university students with mentors residing both in Ethiopia and abroad. The project aims to fill the gap that exists between the growing number of young people graduating university and the lack of proper support for those joining the workforce. We strongly believe that youth mentorship can shape the lives of Ethiopian youth by helping them develop personal and professional skills and helping them identify areas in which they can best contribute to the betterment of their country.
