Mindful Minutes is a tech-startup driving innovation within the personal development space, encouraging everyone on this inclusive journey to take a step forward.
Mindful Minutes currently has two initiatives in place:
1. Daily Meditation Sessions - Every day at 9 pm EST, our inclusive audience comes together for 15-minutes of social interaction followed by 15-minutes of self-guided meditation. This is a safe space built to hold each other accountable to pause and reflect upon the day for 15 minutes at a time.
2. MONK Mode - A personal development group aimed to better the physical & mental health by refocusing our energy from degrading habits onto beneficial ones. With written goal-tracking, weekly meeting calls & a group chat available to all MONKS, we've created a peer-to-peer format inclusive space where individuals are able to share their successes and struggles openly.
