First of all, the system is intended for large industrial companies, because the founders of the system have extensive experience working with them and understand the specifics of HR processes of industrial companies better than others. Our mission is to increase the quality of HR processes. In the Minas HCM team we believe that the HR function has a significant impact on the strategic development of the company. But we do not want to be limited by faith, we want to measure this influence in objective metrics. That's why, when creating a product, we consider it critical to answer two questions: "What value do we bring to our customers' business?" and "How can we measure this value?"
