Our Specialism supports our local community with conversation classes and we provide language teaching and training at four of our partner primary schools Our Language Specialism is a Centre of Excellence offering a wide range of courses and accreditation at Key Stage 4 for students We are situated in a pleasant residential area in the centre of the city and draw most of our students from the surrounding area The funding of two Foreign Language Assistants to work in primary schools across the city and the funding of our own two FLAs to work extra hours in secondary schools across the city, preparing GCSE and 'A' level students for their speaking exams The International School Award is an outward sign that as a school we celebrate the heritage of York and respect and value different cultures and beliefs through the every day life of the school
