Millington Surveyors is a independent RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) regulated property consultancy practise specialising in the valuation and survey of residential properties throughout North Staffordshire, Cheshire and Greater Manchester. Millington Surveyors was founded by Stefan Millington AssocRICS, who is a RICS Registered Valuer and has been involved in the residential property market for over 8 years. During this time Stefan has quite literally been involved in thousands of property transactions and has many loyal customers who return to him for advice regarding their next property purchase. At Millington Surveyors we pride ourselves on our extremely high level of customer service. Prior to undertaking any survey all clients are given a pre-survey consultation over the phone by the acting surveyor to ensure that their requirements are fully understood, once this initial consultation has taken place we will then advise you on the most suitable survey for the property in question. We utilize the latest iPad technology to help us create informative and accurate reports in a prompt manner, typically RICS Condition Report and Homebuyer Reports are available within three working days, our Building Surveys are available within five working days and our professional valuation reports are available within two working days.
