As the ocean transportation provider for the Department of Defense, the US Navy's Military Sealift Command (MSC) supports our nation by delivering supplies and conducting specialized missions across the world's oceans. MSC is globally responsible to crew, equip, train and maintain the MSC civil service mariner-crewed ships of our fleet. This includes all aspects of fleet management, such as Human Resources (ashore and afloat), financial services, engineering, logistics, information technology and contracting
