Mikhail Riches

Mikhail Riches has been formed by David Mikhail and Annalie Riches, previously Directors of David Mikhail Architects and Riches Hawley Mikhail. Both practices are well known in their respective fields, RHM formed in 2005, and quickly gained a reputation for innovative housing. Their first project, Clay Field, won numerous awards and was mid-listed for the Stirling Prize. They won the prestigious Architect of the Year Award in 2009 for Housing. Meanwhile DMA has been working on carefully crafted one-off houses, often remodelling buildings that are listed or in Conservation areas, and has recently completed Church Walk, a self-funded development, winner of RIBA London Building of the Year 2013 and was also mid-listed for the Stirling Prize.
