Midget and Sprite Club ("MASC") is an enthusiast-run UK based car club, with over 1,000 members in the UK and internationally, that promotes the enjoyment of MG Midgets and Austin Healey Sprites (often referred to collectively as "spridgets"), a series of very successful and highly enjoyable small English sports cars built between 1958 and 1979. We also welcome the derivative cars that have arisen over the years based on spridgets.
Club members benefit from a range of services supporting the enjoyment of their classic cars including local meetings, events, technical support, and an award winning monthly magazine.
MASC became a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee in 2009, and is managed by a Committee of ten volunteers. The Committee is drawn from the members, and is made up of experienced individuals from a range of professional backgrounds including accountancy, insurance, retail, service industries, public sector management, and the law. They are overseen by a board of directors who are also members of the Committee.
