Middle Georgia Regional Commission (MGRC) provides professional assistance to the 11 counties and 20 cities of middle Georgia. Services include local government services, GIS, transportation, planning, and community / economic development. MGRC also plans and coordinates services for elderly and the disabled to age in place through services such as home delivered meals, senior center operations and caregiver support. Lastly, in support of economic growth and prosperity, MGRC administers workforce development programs that connect job seekers and employers.
Middle Georgia Regional Commission is governed by a 60-member council comprised of local government officials and private sector representatives. The Council establishes policy and direction for the organization.
