MicroStudio is a company located in Italy and highly active abroad with consolidated partners around the world. The company’s strength lies in the internal skills of its 30 highly qualified operators in the various technologies: optical, mechanical, electronic and software. Our mission is to create solutions for control and quality in the production of springs and small metal parts. We manufacture products and services based on advanced technologies that are easy to use, intuitive and within everyone’s reach. This has made MicroStudio a European leader, and not only for measurement and quality control of springs. Innovation For MicroStudio, innovation only means “avant garde” technical research. We are conscious there are big possibilities of improvement and for this reason we give a lot of importance to the combination of technologies such as vision system, mechanics, electronics and software. We invest in our Research and Development department (R&D) a big slice of the cake. This allows us to come up regularly with new solutions to improve the efficiency of the production and the permanent control of the springs. The calibration laboratory Our calibration laboratory can offer complete services for spring manufacturers and users. We have equipment for testing instruments and management of samples. The MicroStudio calibration laboratory technicians, other than calibrating the measurement systems, check all the sensitive aspects of the instrument; this is the only way to ensure total reliability and suitability for use of the tool.
