Mici is a fast-casual and delivery Italian restaurant founded in 2004 by siblings Jeff, Michael and Kim Miceli. The recipes served at Mici have been in our family for generations.
Over the years, Mici has grown and so has our family. In 2017 we welcomed Elliot Schiffer as our new CEO and business partner. Elliot comes to us with an impressive background and shares the same values and commitment to quality!
At Mici , we avoid unhealthy foods filled with hormones and preservatives. Our sausage is a family recipe made with a simple blend of pork, spices and Romano cheese. Our cheese is 100% natural with no added fillers. We always choose hormone-free chicken, nitrate-free pepperoni, 100% extra virgin olive oil and authentic, imported Prosciutto di Parma and Parmigiano-Reggiano. Our pizza dough and ciabatta are baked with nothing but flour, salt, sugar, water and yeast. Our meatballs are hand-rolled in house and made the same way our great grandfather taught us and our sauces simmer for hours to perfection.
