Our head baker, Ms. Mithila Jayaraj, is of Indian origin, born in Malaysia, transcending boundaries. Her mother, Mrs. Nirmala Jayaraj, a meticulous cook and baker, instilled in her a love for diverse cuisines from an early age. Growing up in Chennai and later working in Malaysia, Ms Mithila’s journey took her around the world, exposing her to a multitude of flavors. During her travels, Ms Mithila realized that the connection to taste surpasses cultural boundaries. Motivated by this insight, she envisioned bringing the joy of global flavors to the people of India and Malaysia. After months of dedication, Ms Mithila curated an exquisite menu of desserts designed to captivate the hearts of those who indulge in them. With a vision to transcend borders through taste, she crafted a menu that would resonate with a diverse audience. Therefore, in October 2023, Creative Entrepreneur Prabu Mejel Xavier joined forces to establish India's first Euro-Asian dessert brand, inspired by the vision of Ms. Mithila Jayaraj and the legacy she upholds.
