Metro Futures LLC is a full-service real estate development and business consulting firm located in NYC. We represent and work with for profit developers and non-profit organizations that develop housing and mixed-use sites in NYC and the surrounding counties. Our commitment to affordable housing stems from Adolfo Carrion’s professional career working to improve and build communities in The Bronx and around the country. Before starting Metro Futures, Adolfo served as Deputy Assistant to President Obama, Director of the White House Office of Urban Affairs, HUD Regional Administrator for NY & NJ, Borough President of the Bronx, a Member of the NYC Council, a non-profit executive, District Manager of a NYC Community Board, and a city planner for the NYC Department of City Planning.
