We go beyond process improvement, integrating soft aspects of culture and people to create a unique, pragmatic and results-oriented approach to drive business value. We see human-based processes as a powerful instrument to produce sustainable change in an organization. For that change to be valuable processes must be designed in alignment to strategic priorities and corporate values and with flexibility to allow the organization to expand, learn and adapt. We believe in co-creating solutions with our customers based on 3 design principles: 1. simplicity (making processes as simple as possible, and comprehensive enough to handle the complexity) 2. coaching based knowledge-transfer (increasing the capacity to integrate change) 3. change driven from within (by an empowered internal change agent) Martin Herrera and Clara Hori, with over 40 years of combined experience, are Metodiko’s founders and senior business consultants. Metodiko is based in Montevideo, Uruguay and has been serving the US and Latin America since 2005. Martin and Clara have complementary profiles and experiences that allow them to form a team that can have both strong process orientation and people skills, and is able to deal resourcefully with the most diverse situations and groups.
