Mentoring Circle is an initiative established to change the long-term composition, culture and capacity of the built environment, through improving female talent retention and increasing gender balance at senior leadership level.
Over 70 organisations across 30 sectors are involved in Mentoring Circle. Its 120+ female mentors represent the great and the good in real estate. Mentoring Circle is run by Vanessa Murray and Ceri Moyers and its annual programme provides:
- Dedicated 1:1 mentoring sessions with a senior female from a different industry sector;
- 2-day bespoke Emerging Leadership Programme;
- 4 x in person thought leadership seminars / panel events;
- 4 x thought leadership webinars;
- Bi-annual networking events.
Through our academy content; we give women the confidence, knowledge, skills and network they need to define and achieve success on their own terms.
We help women achieve their career goals through impactful mentoring involving sharing lived experiences, advice and guidance.
And we provide a wide-reaching, influential community and alumni network of professional women who continually connect and support each other through their career journeys.
