Establishment of a medical commercial project by military leadership under AWT has been a long awaited opportunity which can be utilized to extend the quality healthcare services to the public at large and underprivileged in particular. Making it possible through the wide network of CMH's spread in the length and breadth of the country and building partnership with national and international healthcare organizations for generating financial, HR resources and capacity building .MedAsk Pvt Ltd is a commercial entity that plans to work on the idea of public-private partnership in order to expand and assist the Army Medical Services infrastructure across Pakistan. It aims to initiate a number of projects in phases that will generate capacity and profits which can be utilized to boost the resources of Army Medical Corps and serve retired army personnel and their families in particular and the general public at large. The business model of MedAsk entails bringing outside healthcare business into military hospitals to utilize the underutilized capacity of Combined Military Hospitals. MedAsk Pvt Ltd would link the community to the Hospitals by enabling access through communication and establishing its business Units (BU's) i.e. clinics and lab collection centers outside in cities.
