Mechem Engineering & Trading Company is primarily a metal finishing specialist. Our key business is divided into surface coating and surface finishing, our two main areas of operations. The surface coating business provides phosphate conversion and the application of dry film lubricants in the form of PTFE and Molybdenum Disulfide coatings. We also perform black oxide conversion. Mechem also specialises in surface finishing processes like electrochemical de-burring (ECD). This is a contactless deburring process that provides a fast and smooth finishing to machined parts.
