May & Associates, Inc. is an environmental consulting firm specializing in biological resource planning, studies, and permitting. The firm was founded in 1995 by Loran May, President and Senior Botanist.

We have over 20 years experience in preparing environmental permits and evaluations concerning Sections 7 and 10 of the Federal Endangered Species Act and Section 404 of the Clean Water Act. We each have substantial experience conducting biological surveys throughout California, and specialize in biological resources of the Central Valley, Bay Area, North and Central Coast Ranges, and Sierra Nevada foothills.
