Mathema, the Mathematics Association of Gargi College is the Student Body of the Department of Mathematics. We are a dynamic and passionate community of math enthusiasts dedicated to foster a love for mathematics and create a platform for intellectual exploration. We strongly believe that Mathematics is akin to a puzzle or a game; one simply needs to know the tricks behind to unravel its beauty. Mathema organizes workshops, seminars, career counselling sessions and competitions that encourage students to apply the mathematical concepts to solve the real world problems.
